How we use it
To answer you when you contact us.
To run, secure and improve the website.
To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host our website, run analytics or handle email on our behalf, under terms that limit them to working for us. Authorities, where the law requires it.
NoiseHouse internal tools and Google services
NoiseHouse runs internal software (the "NoiseHouse Visualizer Pipeline") that helps our team produce and schedule the YouTube videos for the radio shows we make for artists and clients. This section explains what that software does with Google data.
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using our services that involve YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's Privacy Policy, which also applies, is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
What the software accesses. With the authorization of the account holder, the software connects to Google accounts that NoiseHouse operates or is authorized to manage. It reads channel and video details (titles, descriptions, publish times, visibility and status) for the YouTube channels it has been authorized on, uploads videos to those channels, sets their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and scheduled publish times, and sends email notifications from NoiseHouse's own Google Workspace mailboxes to NoiseHouse staff.
What it stores. The software stores the authorization tokens Google issues to it, the video metadata it creates, and logs of what it did, on a computer in NoiseHouse's office in Irvine, California, and in NoiseHouse's own internal systems. It does not collect information about viewers of the channels, and it does not access the personal data of any YouTube user other than the channel information needed to publish.
How long. Authorization tokens are kept until access is revoked. Logs and metadata are kept for as long as NoiseHouse needs them to run and audit the service, then deleted.
Who sees it. NoiseHouse staff who produce and approve the shows. No one else. The software does not share YouTube data with third parties, does not use it for advertising, and does not sell it.
Revoking access. The holder of a Google account that has authorized the software can revoke that access at any time through Google's security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoking access stops the software from reaching that account immediately.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing daniel@noisehouse.com. California residents have the rights set out in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will respond within the time the law allows.

Our website and tools are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
